Once services are rendered, payments made for consultations, treatments, procedures, medications, or any other services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultation fees, IVF cycles, diagnostic tests, medication costs, and other associated treatments.

The medical treatments we provide are specialized, and each case is unique. Our No Refund Policy helps us ensure that resources, time, and effort are allocated efficiently to meet the needs of all patients. Additionally, certain treatments and services are time-sensitive and require dedicated attention, preparation, and support.
3. Transferability of Services
In the case that a patient cannot complete a treatment or procedure, there may be an option to transfer services to another cycle or treatment, subject to approval. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed with the patient individually.
